Gum disease begins when tartar and plaque stick to the teeth under the gums. Gum disease therefore attacks the jaw bone that holds your teeth in place. Over time, the bone slowly disappears and your teeth start to move, hurt and need to be extracted.

More frequent dental cleaning, deep dental cleaning, curettage. Gum surgery, regeneration of the bone that supports the teeth.

Gum disease can be controlled and thus prevent the deterioration of the tooth support and prevent tooth loss.
